The Viságe
architecture enables you to simply add additional web-servers to your
front end, allowing the workload of serving information to be spread
across a web farm if necessary.
Also, the number
of database connections can be increased to meet differing performance
criteria for specific applications, or for the enterprise as a whole.
If your
application requires partitioning across multiple database servers, then
a single web server can accommodate this, or each database server can
have it's own server farm.
